Harima Rehabilitation Program Center is a new correctional institution which is operated as a PFI (Private Finance Initiative) project. The facility was constructed at the Government expense, and a wide range of operations including maintenance and management of the facility, security services, prison work, and education are conducted in collaboration between the Ministry of Justice and the private sector.
